Terms of Service
Who we are
auditbyseb.com is run by Viral Vision ("we", "us"). Viral Vision is operated by Sebastian Ellis-Geiger ("Seb") on his own, from Hong Kong. You can reach him at sebogeiger@gmail.com.
These terms apply when you use this site or buy The Viral Vision Audit. By applying or paying, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not apply or pay.
Who can buy
You must be at least 13 to use this site. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must supervise your purchase and agree to these terms on your behalf.
What you are buying
The Viral Vision Audit is a one-time service. It works like this:
- You apply on this site with your name, email, social links and answers to a few questions about your music.
- You pay US$497 through the Stripe checkout on the same page.
- On the payment confirmation page, you fill in a questionnaire about your music, goals and content.
- Seb records a personalised video audit of your music, profiles and content, and emails you a link to it, along with the resources the audit refers to, about 72 hours after you submit the questionnaire.
There is no call of any kind. The audit is delivered only as a video link by email. Delivered means we have emailed that link to the address you gave us.
The audit is based on your answers and on what is publicly visible on the profiles and links you give us, so check that your links work before you submit.
Payment
The audit costs US$497, paid once, in US dollars, using a payment method offered in the Stripe checkout. There are no instalments or subscriptions. Stripe processes the payment, and your card details go to Stripe, never to this site. If your bank charges a currency conversion or international transaction fee, that fee is yours to pay.
Refunds
- If you email sebogeiger@gmail.com asking for a refund before you submit the questionnaire, you will get a full refund.
- Once you submit the questionnaire, work on your audit begins and your payment is non-refundable.
- If your audit has not been delivered within 7 days of you submitting the questionnaire, email sebogeiger@gmail.com and you will get a full refund.
- If we decide after you have paid that the audit is not right for you, we will tell you by email and refund you in full.
These are the only cases in which we give refunds. Refunds go back to the payment method you used, through Stripe.
Results are not guaranteed
The audit is Seb's opinion and recommendations about your music, profiles and content. We do not guarantee streams, followers, income or any other result.
You decide what to act on. What happens after the audit depends on your music, your effort, how consistently you apply what you choose to use, and things no one controls, such as how platforms rank and recommend content.
Results of other artists mentioned on this site or in your audit are theirs and do not predict yours.
The audit is not legal, financial or medical advice. Where it touches on mindset, such as self-doubt or burnout, it gives Seb's practical view, not mental health care.
Using this site
You agree to use this site lawfully. You must not:
- Break any law or regulation that applies to you
- Infringe our intellectual property or anyone else's rights
- Interfere with or disrupt this site, its checkout or the systems behind them
- Try to gain unauthorised access to any system or account
- Submit information that is false or that you have no right to share
Your content and ours
Your music, profiles and content stay yours. By applying, you allow Seb to listen to, watch and review them to make your audit.
The audit video, the resources that come with it and the content of this site belong to Viral Vision. They are for your own use. You may not resell, republish or share them publicly without our written permission.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect through this site, including your application and questionnaire answers, and how we use and protect it.
Liability
This site and the audit are provided "as is". Apart from what these terms say, we make no promises about them, express or implied, including that they will suit a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent the law allows, Viral Vision and Seb are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential loss, including lost income, profits or data, arising from your use of this site or the audit.
Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot legally be excluded.
Indemnity
If you breach these terms or misuse this site or the audit, you agree to cover Viral Vision and Seb for any resulting claims, losses, damages and costs, including reasonable legal fees.
Ending access
We may suspend or end your use of this site and the audit if you breach these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Changes appear on this page with a new "Last updated" date, and using the site after a change means you accept the updated terms. The terms in place when you paid still apply to that purchase.
