Privacy Policy
Who we are
auditbyseb.com is run by Viral Vision ("we", "us"), operated by Sebastian Ellis-Geiger ("Seb") from Hong Kong. This policy explains what we collect when you apply for and buy The Viral Vision Audit, why we collect it and who can see it. Questions go to sebogeiger@gmail.com.
What you give us
When you apply and complete the questionnaire, we collect what you enter, including:
- Your name and email address
- Links to your social media and Spotify profiles
- Your answers to the application questions
- Your music history and goals
- How you rate yourself on the questionnaire's scales
- Links to reels you use as references
- Your answers about what holds you back, such as self-doubt or burnout
Payments are handled by Stripe. Your card details go straight to Stripe and never reach this site or us. Stripe tells us whether your payment went through, its amount and date, and the email address you gave at checkout.
Answers about self-doubt and burnout
Some questions ask about personal things, such as self-doubt or burnout. We use these answers only to tailor your audit. We do not use them for marketing. They are stored in the same private Google Sheet as your other answers and seen only by Seb and Purple Pi Marketing.
What is collected automatically
This site is hosted on Vercel, which logs standard request data when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time.
When you apply, we also record how you found the page (the address of the link or ad that brought you, including any tracking tags in it, and the page you landed on) and your approximate country and city, worked out from your IP address. This is saved with your application so we know which channels bring artists to the audit.
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this site: which pages are viewed, how people arrive, and which steps of the application and checkout they complete. Google Analytics sets cookies and collects device and browser data, such as your IP address, browser type and approximate location. We do not send your name, email or answers to Google Analytics. Google processes this data under its own privacy policy, and you can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on. No advertising pixels are installed.
Apart from Google Analytics, the only cookies and browser storage it uses are those the Stripe checkout needs to work, and storage in your own browser that keeps your form progress and how you found the page until you apply. If you block cookies, the checkout may not work.

- To email you about your audit and answer your questions
- To email you if you applied but did not complete payment
- To meet our legal obligations
To stop follow-up emails, reply to one asking us to stop, or write to sebogeiger@gmail.com. We do not sell your information.
Who can see it
- Seb, who makes your audit
- Purple Pi Marketing, Viral Vision's marketing partner, which builds and runs this site and its checkout and can open the Google Sheet
- Google, which hosts the private Google Sheet your answers are stored in
- Stripe, which processes your payment
- Vercel, which hosts this site
- The email service we use to send your audit and follow-up emails
We may also disclose information where the law requires it, to protect our legal rights, or to a buyer if Viral Vision's business is sold.
Where it is stored
Viral Vision is based in Hong Kong. The services above may store or access your information in other countries, so it may be handled outside Hong Kong and outside the country you live in.
Keeping it secure
Your answers are kept in a private Google Sheet that only Viral Vision and Purple Pi Marketing can open. No system is completely secure, but access is limited to the people who need it to deliver your audit.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as we need it to deliver your audit, handle refunds and questions, and meet legal and tax record-keeping obligations. You can ask us to delete it at any time, though the law may require us to keep some records, such as payment records.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Get a copy of the information we hold about you
- Correct anything that is wrong
- Ask us to delete it
- Withdraw consent or ask us to limit how we use it

Children
This site is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If we find that we have, we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. Changes appear on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
